A Unique System
Upon arrival, each unit is uniquely tagged and documented. These tags carry your customer ID number, the unit's model and serial number, and any important notes by our technicians throughout the entire repair process. This allows traceability so at any given time you will know exactly what's going on with your product.

Flexibility
ODS understands that some parts are needed faster than others, and that your demands change daily. We will work to have repairs completed within your deadlines when you have particular needs. You are welcomed to delegate a specific return date for your products. You should plan for a minimum one week of physical work time for each repair. Most typically we allot a 30 day period per unit. If an item is not repairable at the end of that 30 day mark, we will return it back to you, free of charge.
