The JSH-42L3AB3-20 supports a maximum fiber distance of 20 km. These transceivers operate on singlemode fiber only. The transceiver is ideally suited for Fibre Channel applications which include point to point links as well as Fibre Channel Arbitrated Loop (FC-AL). It can also be used for other serial applications where high data rates are required.
